The annual Ryan Lemmon Showcase begins Friday night with the first of five games at the Great Park Baseball Complex Five Point Stadium.
The event is presented by the Ryan Lemmon Foundation, which also sponsors the Ryan Lemmon Invitational in the spring.
For the first time, all the games will be played at the Great Park instead of Ryan Lemmon Stadium.
There will be home run hitting contests after each game.
The opening game of the event will be Friday and will feature the seniors from the Pacific Coast League vs. the seniors from the Sea View League at 6 p.m.
On Saturday, the Golden West League will face the Orange League at 1:30 p.m. and at 4:45 p.m. the South Coast League will meet the Century League.
On Sunday, the Sunset League will face the Trinity League at 12:30 p.m. and the Empire League will meet the Freeway League at 4 p.m.
Ticket prices are $8 for adults, seniors over 60 $5, students 13-18 $3 and children under 12, free.
Rosters of the teams will be published this week on OC Sports Zone.
