The second of two Orange County all-star baseball games featuring all-league seniors will be played Saturday at 1:30 p.m. when the Golden West League faces the Orange League at the Great Park Baseball Complex Five Point Stadium.
The Golden West League team will include players from the Ocean View squad coached by Tanner Van Maanen who led the Seahawks to the league title with a 15-0 record. One of the players will be Cal State Fullerton commit Gavin Kennedy who was MVP of the Orange County all-star game last week.
The Orange League squad will include players from the Katella team coached by Marcelo Miranda that won the league title with a 13-2 record and the Century squad coached by Theo Cortes which finished second with a 12-3 record.
There will be a home run hitting contest after the game.
