Tesoro, Orange Lutheran, La Habra, Fairmont Prep, Pacifica Christian and Cypress boys basketball teams earn high CIF rankings

The CIF boys basketball polls are out and Orange Lutheran and Tesoro are ranked second in their divisions.

Orange Lutheran is second behind Camarillo in the 2AA division. Tesoro, the Sea View League champion, is second in 2A. Sonora is eighth in the 2A division.

Also in the 2AA division, Cypress, which has already clinched a share of the Empire League title, is ranked sixth; Villa Park is seventh and Newport Harbor 13th.

In the 3AA division, La Habra is third, Mission Viejo fifth and Beckman 15th while in 4AA, Fairmont Prep is first and Pacifica Christian is third.

In the 3A division, Capo Valley Christian is No. 3.

Mater Dei is tied for fifth place with Bishop Montgomery in the Division 1 poll.
