Infielder-pitcher Milan Tolentino, who led Santa Margarita to the CIF Division 2 championship, has been named the divisions’ player of the year.
Santa Margarita’s Chris Malec was named coach of the year and the Eagles Connor Bane was named to the first team.
The awards were announced Thursday by the LA84 Foundation and selected selected by CIF-SS Baseball Coaches’ Association.
