University quarterback Thomas Keeling had a solid night Thursday.
University’s football team suffered another long night Thursday, losing to Glenn 46-19 at Excelsior High School in Norwalk. Glenn evened its record at 2-2.
It was the Trojans third loss in a row on the field. However, University (1-2) received a forfeit win on Wednesday because Laguna Hills forfeited its game with the Trojans due to an ineligible player.
“Thomas Keeling through for 220 yards and two touchdowns including a 65 yard TD pass to Daniel Fernandez,” said Uni Coach Scott Meyer.
“We did a much better job protecting our quarterback but still have a lot of work to do on both sides of the ball and our special teams.”
University hosts Katella next Friday night at 7 p.m.
