FOOTBALL HALFTIME UPDATE: Tustin leading, Irvine in a shootout and Laguna Hills winning big

We’re here at University for the Laguna Hills vs. University football game, one of several games that OC Sports Zone will be following tonight.

Laguna Hills has a 34-0 halftime lead led by quarterback Matt Der torossian, who has passed for 96 yards, rushed for one TD and passed for another.

Irvine and Rancho Buena Vista are in a shootout. Rancho Buena Vista leads Irvine 28-21 late in the first half. Rancho’s Dorian Richardson has 230 yards rushing and four TDs in the first half, according to our Brent Shaver.

At Tustin, Tustin led Foothill 14-7 at the half.

Santa Ana Valley led Beckman 6-0 at halftime and Portola was leading Saddleback 44-0 in the second quater.
