Orange County high school football coaches, including Crean Lutheran’s Rick Curtis, have begun releasing schedules for the 2023 season.
Crean Lutheran will play its home games at its on-campus stadium. The Saints first game is Friday, Aug. 18 vs. Canyon at Fred Kelly Stadium. Crean Lutheran opens Empire League play on Friday, Sept. 29 at Valencia. The Saints have a bye on Friday, Sept. 8.
Crean Lutheran finished with a 10-2 record last season and had the most wins since entering the large schools division. It was also the best finish (4-1) in Empire League play, Curtis noted.
