SANTA ANA 76, RANCHO ALAMITOS 36: The Saints improved their record to 5-1 with a non-league victory Monday night. Emmanuel Lemus scored 24 points, Jack Rivera had 17 points and Alexis Neria 13 points for Coach Zach Johnson’s Santa Ana team, which is ranked 11th in the 4A division in the first CIF poll of the season.
TARBUT V’ TORAH 67, WESTMINSTER 60: The Lions (4-2) rallied from an eight-point halftime deficit to win their fourth in a row in a non-league game Monday night. Isaac Joelson scored 17 of his 21 points in the second half. Yonah Light added 15 points while Jacob Goblentz-Brown contributed 11 points. Graydon Carpet had seven points and nine steals for TVT.
TRABUCO HILLS 57, DANA HILLS 48: The Mustangs (6-3) captured a win at the San Juan Hills Invitational Nate Tuttle had 12 points and six steals, Jack Warnick had 10 points, 10 rebounds and five assists and Matt Mowers scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
TESORO 67, CALVARY CHAPEL 41: The Titans (9-1) won their opening game at the Beach Bash Tournament at Corona del Mar. Carson Brown had 22 points, two rebounds and two steals, Blake Manning had nine points, three rebounds and four assists and Nathan Draper had 10 points, two rebounds and a steal to lead the Titans.
SAN CLEMENTE 45, FOOTHILL 39: Jayden Schnabi had 13 points, Weston Vogt 11 points and Blake Davis nine points to lead the Tritons to a win over previously undefeated Foothill at the Beach Bash Tournament at Corona del Mar. The Knights star player, senior Carlo Billings was out sick, according to Coach Yousof Etemadi.
Foothill (5-1) was led by Travis Paleo, who scored 14 points. Marco Manzi added 10 points and Isaiah Bernard nine points and seven rebound for the Knights.
SERVITE 91, BELLFOWER 16: The Friars (3-2) were led by Aaron Ballistrieri, who had 14 points and Scott Schulz, who had 13 points.
EL DORADO 66, POMONA 35: Coach Ryan Mounce’s Golden Hawks (4-4) were led by Ethan Chi with 21 points, Cooper Bladow with 17 points, Eric Eng with seven points and Nate Natavidad with six points in the opening round of the Gary Raya Classic Monday night.
The Gary Raya Classic continues Tuesday at El Dorado High School.
