Northwood High football and baseball player Matthew Stankovich will be attending Baylor University this fall to focus on academics, according to football coach Paige Nobles.
“Matt played huge roles for Northwood’s offense, defense and special teams,” Nobles said. “Matt was just a great kid to have around not only on the field but on campus as well. Matt will be hanging up his football and baseball cleats to pursue his degree in computer science.
“Matt, Northwood’s coaching staff, your teammates and I wish you nothing but great success as you take that next step into your future.”
