The Woodbridge boys water polo team had a successful showing in the Santa Barbara tournament, winning three of four games and finishing third.
Woodbridge defeated Mira Costa 12-10, Santa Margarita 13-9 and Huntington Beach 10-9. The Warriors (4-2 overall) lost to Mater Dei 11-9.
Woodbridge is ranked sixth in this week’s CIF Division 1-2 poll.
Riley Pittman scored 18 goals, Nikola Mirkovic 13 goals, Dylan Patist and Solan Kedzie each scored 12 goals and Alec Isaacman scored seven goals in Santa Barbara.
Cach Matt Campbell added that Mirkovic played well at the center position.
Travus Wilder had two goals and Matt Sushenok had one goal.
