The second day of the Ryan Lemmon Invitational at the Great Park is under way on Monday, April 3.
The 32-team baseball tournament, sponsored by the Ryan Lemmon Foundation, began on Saturday with 16 games. It also has a full schedule Tuesday and wraps up on Wednesday with the championship game.
The teams with the two best records advance to the championship game. If there is a tie, the tie-breaker of fewest runs allowed will be used, according to tournament director Dick Owens.
Monday, April 2
San Clemente 3, Corner Canyon 1: Rhyn Chambers threw a complete game for the Tritons.

Ayala 3, Brea Olinda 1: Bryan Yang threw a complete game striking out 12 to lead the Bulldogs. Andrew Torres was 2 for 3, Caleb Trugman and Jake Lemoine each had an RBI.
Marina 8, Calvary Chapel 3
Woodbridge 13, Esperanza 5: The Warriors evened their record at the tournament with a win on Monday at the Great Park. Matt Kuromoto was 2 for 4 with a run scored, Jake Amundson was 2 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI, Tony DeMarco was 1 for 2 with two runs scored, an RBI and a walk, Chase Quezada was 2 for 3 with a run scored, Nolan Stottlemyer had two RBI, scored three runs and had two stolen bases; Daniel O’Hanlon was 2 for 3 with a triple and three RBI, Brandon Gramlich was 1 for 4 with a double, run scored and an RBI, Alex Serafin was 1 for 3 with two RBI.
Brandon Abernathy pitched the first six innings to earn the win, allowing two earned runs to improve his record to 3-0. Nick Luna came on to pitch one inning, allowing no earned runs.

Yucaipa 10, Capistrano Valley 0: Erik Rodriguez and Raymond Garcia combined to throw a on-hitter for the Thunderbirds. Trevor Busby had a solo home run, Daniel Arambula was 2 for 4 and Luke Scherrer was 2 for 3.
