Freshman Leo Giessmann, sophomores Cameron An and Josh Sellwood, junior Chris Pukszta and senior Spencer Sellwood had one goal each.

Defensively, Giessmann, Abravanel, Sellwood, and Pukszta each had two steals. Senior goalkeeper Noah Pendleton came up big with seven saves.

“We knew going into this game that it was going to be fast-paced and there was going to be an emphasis on defense from both teams,” Kim-E said.

“Similarly to Woodbridge, Beckman was playing close attention to Max and Spencer,” the coach said. “Our other guys stepped up though and made some crucial plays on both offense and defense. When you have six different players scoring for seven goals, you’re in a good spot offensively. Of course, there are always some small things to work on but I like how our guys are playing right now – you can tell that their chemistry is getting stronger each game.”
