LOOKING BACK: Memorable OC sports photos from 2019

During the CIF playoffs freelance photographer Mark Bausman took a picture of Segerstrom’s Farid Partida as he was lining up for the point after.

“I noticed that the ref was getting the center’s attention,” Bausman recalled. “Following the touchdown, Segerstrom was going to use a unique play…..I asked the player, Farid Partida, about the photo. He said the ref was telling him not to touch the ball until the play started. I love sports photography.”
