The Chapman University baseball team scored a dramatic walk-off victory in game five of its best-of-five NCAA Regional against Whitman to advance to the Super Regionals this weekend against Concordia University Texas.
The Panthers were awarded the host site for the best-of-three Super Regional beginning Friday at their home field, Hart Park.
Chapman continued to defend Hart Park during its post season run, winning the SCIAC Tournament and the Regional at home. The Panthers are now 36-11 overall and 21-7 at home.
The Concordia Tornadoes won the Texas Lutheran Regional as the No. 3 seed in that four-team regional tournament. The American Southwest Conference Champions ran their record to 37-11 overall with a 3-1 record in the regional.
Chapman and Concordia will play game one on Friday at noon at Hart Park and will play game two on Saturday at 11 a.m. Game three, if needed, will be play approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of game two.
Tickets will be available at the gate to the stadium. No advance ticket sales are available.
Per NCAA policy, the ticket prices are as follows:
-$10 for general admission
-$5 for seniors (55 and older), military, and those with a student ID
-Free for children under 12
