2022 All-Pacific Coast League football: Northwood’s Adam Harper MVP

Northwood High running back/linebacker Adam Harper, who led the Timberwolves to the CIF Division 8 football championship, was named the most valuable player of the Pacific Coast League, it was announced Thursday.

“I had some great athletes when I was coaching in the Moore League but I’ve never, ever seen one person do so much for a team than he has,” said Northwood Coach JC Clarke.

The co-offensive MVPs were senior running back Troy Leigber from Laguna Hills, who led the Hawks to the CIF Division 7 crown and Division 3A state title and Dana Hills running back Christian Guarascio, a senior.

Northwood linebacker Danial Kamel was named defensive MVP.
