THOMAS KEELING, QB: “We are really excited about Thomas Keeling leading our team at quarterback,” said Meyer. “He is coming off a knee injury that forced him to miss most of last season. He is very smart, has a big arm, and is a great leader.  He continued to get stronger and stronger each week through the spring and summer and we expect him to have a great year.”

ANDRE LE, G/DE:  “Andre Le is one of the best natural leaders I have been around,” Meyer said. “He is smart, tough, hard working and is going to be a great lineman for us on both sides of the ball.”

AUSTIN LAKE, RB/SS: “Austin Lake will be a huge contributor for us on both sides of the ball for us this year,” Meyer said. “He has great size and skills as a defensive back and wide receiver and will create miss matches against most defensive backs he plays against.  On defense, Austin is a physical safety who can cover as well as come down and be a physical force against the run.”

ETHAN BELL, MLB/G:  “Ethan Bell is pound for pound our toughest player,” Meyer said. “He played mostly linebacker last year but we expect him to also help us on the offensive side as a running back.  He loves to hit and runs well to the ball.”
