Santa Ana, Estancia, Costa Mesa and Tesoro baseball teams capture Tuesday victories

Santa Ana 6, Kennedy 4: The Saints trailed 3-2 in the bottom of the sixth inning but Ivan Ramirez homored on the first pitch driving in three runs for the win at the Newport Elks Tournament. Julian Gonzalez got the win for Santa Ana, going five innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out three and walking one. Emiliano Valadez went two innings, allowing three runs on three hits and striking out four.

Santa Ana (2-0) had 11 hits in the game. Victor De La Cruz, Josh Delgado and Ramirez all had multiple hit games and the Saints did not commit an error, according to Coach Dave Silva.

Estancia 10, La Quinta 0: The Eagles won their third in a row without a loss in the five-inning game Tuesday.

Nico Viramontes pitched the first two innings allowing a hit and striking out one.

John Uchytil was 2 for 2 with two runs scored; James De La O was 2 for 3 with a run scored and two RBI; and Emmett Shephard was 2 for 3 with a run scored, RBI and a double.

Costa Mesa 7, Pioneer 5: Grady Jackson was 2 for 4 with a home run and two RBI to lead Costa Mesa (3-0). Aiden Comte was 2 for 3, Omar Gutierrez was 1 for 3 with three RBI and Will Clark 1 for 2 with a triple.

Tesoro 10, Newport Harbor 0: The Titans were led by Tanner Tobias, who was 3 for 4 with a double, home run and three RBI and Jackson Freeman, who was 2 for 4 with a double, home run and two RBI. Caiden Chergey, who pitched four innings struck out five, got the win.
