The South all-stars held on to defeat the North 93-91 in the annual Orange County All-Star Basketball Game Saturday night at Cypress College.
The game resumed after a two-year break due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The South was Coached by Estancia’s Xavier Castellano and assisted by Estancia’s Chris Sorce and Santa Ana coaches Fareed Elmasry and Mo Aguilar. ElMasry, head coach at Santa Ana, stepped down after the season to spend more time with his family.
