Crean Lutheran’s girls beach volleyball team was 0-2 in the early stages of the season when spring sports were cancelled throughout the state.
The team was showing promise early, according to Coach Brooke Rigoni.
“Crean Lutheran girls beach volleyball saw an increase in program growth and participation this season,” the coach said. “This young team showed potential and improvement though the beginning of our beach league. Though the spring 2020 season was cut short, the team will continue to grow and persevere until next year. We look forward to the next beach season where athletes will continue to grow in Christ and show His light both on and off the sand.”
There were no seniors on this year’s team.
