Godinez 40, Desert Christian Academy 38: The Grizzlies held on for a road win Saturday. Leading scorers for Godinez were Julissa Mota, 10 points; Joanna Alcocer, eight points and Mariana Lagunas, six points.
“After the score was 14-13 we led the whole game,” said Godinez Coach AJ Alaman.
Godinez (19-10) will play the winner of the Bishop Diego vs Yeshiva University of Los Angeles game which will be played Monday.

TVT’s next game is away against Vasquez on Tuesday, according to assistant coach Jerry Neitlich.
