Santa Margarita 84, Linfield Christian 55: The Eagles (10-3) were led by Brayden Kyman, who had 24 points and seven assists. Cameron McNamee had 17 points and three steals, Dallas Washington had 13 points and a block and DeMarco Washington had 13 points and three steals.
Villa Park 80, Westminster 42: The Spartans notched a win at home Friday night. Mal Johnson had 24 points and three 3-pointers for Villa Park (7-7). Sabeel Khan had 10 points and seven rebounds and Jared Hoggard had 10 points, three rebounds and two assists. Tristan Griffin added seven points and four assists.
Yorba Linda 65, Santa Fe 46: The Mustangs were led by Orlando Laws (18 points) and Kobe Pietsch (14 points).

WESTERN TOURNAMENT
Newport Harbor 74, Alemany 69: The Sailors won the semifinal game Friday night to advance into the finals Saturday at 5 p.m. at Western. Dashelle Bastedo had 22 points, Riggs Guy 17 points and Jack Berry 16 points to lead the Sailors (12-2).
Newport Harbor will be going for its second tournament championship. Last month, the Sailors won the championship at the Euclid Extravaganza.
Girls basketball
NON-LEAGUE
San Clemente 54, Downey 44: The Tritions (10-6) were led by Reece Tremper who had 16 points. Kiley Husbands added 11 points for San Clemente which won its fifth game in a row.
