La Habra (Division 3AA) and San Clemente (3A) boys basketball teams earned No. 1 rankings in their divisions in this week’s CIF rankings released on Tuesday.
A number of other OC teams earned high rankings.
In the open division, JSerra, Los Alamitos, Mater Dei and Santa Margarita are the OC teams listed.
Mater Dei is ranked No. 2 and JSerra No. 9 in Division 1, Trabuco Hills is fifth and Dana Hills ninth in Division 2AA, Newport Harbor is fourth, Cypress fifth, Corona del Mar sixth and Marina ninth in 2A.
Northwood is tied for second, Woodbridge is sixth in 3A, Estancia is fourth, Irvine eighth and Pacifica ninth in 4A, Godinez is second and Westminster ninth in 5AA and Los Amigos is seventh and Rancho Alamitos eighth in 5A.
