Three more Pacific Coast Conference scrimmages were held Friday night as teams prepared for the start of the abbreviated season next week.
In one of them at Irvine Stadium, Irvine hosted Dana Hills. The game won’t count on either team’s record, but Irvine came away with a 35-13 victory, according to Irvine football coaches.

The teams played 20 offensive and 20 defensive plays and the equivalent of two 12-minute quarters.
Irvine quarterback Beck Moss had an outstanding game, completing 18 of 27 passes for 354 yards and five touchdowns.
Kade Zimmerman had eight catches for 225 yards and three touchdown catches. His younger brother Tate hauled in seven catches for 85 yards and a touchdown.
Samuel Dimaculangan was Irvine’s leading rusher with 32 yards on five carries.
Irvine opens intra-conference play next Friday vs. Northwood at Irvine Stadium. Northwood will be the home team.
Dana Hills will host Beckman in the opener.
Also on Friday, Woodbridge and Northwood scrimmaged at University and Portola and University had a scimmage at Portola.
Laguna Hills and Beckman scrimmaged on Thursday night at Tustin.
