Orange County boys basketball highlights and final scores for Monday, Dec. 30

ESTANCIA COAST CLASSIC

SAN CLEMENTE 58, VILLA PARK 53: The Tritons won the gold division tournament title Monday night. Porter Hansen scored 18 points and Christian Fernandez 16 points to lead San Clemente (15-4).

Chase Tolliver added six points and 13 rebounds, including the game-sealing offensive rebound. 

Tristan Griffin scored 17 points and made four 3-pointers and had seven steals and three rebounds to lead Villa Park (12-7). Mal Johnson added 16 points and three 3-pointers. Diego Perez had 12 points and five rebounds.

FULLERTON 57, VALENCIA 54: Senior Jordan Myvett averaged 18 points a game in the tournament and senior Jad Mustafa averaged 17.5 points to lead the Indians to the silver division title. Myvett was named the tournament MVP and Mustafa earned all-tournament.

TUSTIN CLASSIC

EDISON 64, NEWPORT HARBOR 53: The Chargers, led by tournament MVP Derick Johnson, defeated their Sunset League rivals.

ORANGE HOLIDAY CLASSIC

IRVINE 60, EL TORO 50: Cooper Stearns had 19 points and 19 rebounds to lead Irvine to its first Orange Classic title.

HOLIDAY CLASSIC IN TORREY PINES

JSERRA 52, ARCHBISHOP RIORDAN 47: The Lions captured the tournament title in the National Division Monday night. Earl Bryson and BJ Davis-Ray had team high 11 points for the Lions (14-3). Davis-Ray was named the tournament MVP. Brannon Martinsen, who was named to the all-tournament team, had a team high 13 rebounds. Dominic Bolton and Jarne Eyenga each had nine points for JSerra.

FRANCIS PARKER 81, CYPRESS 56: The Centurions lost in the championship game of the Governor’s Division Monday night. Ryan Gov had 14 points, King Birdsong 12 points and Gavin Kroll 11 points to lead Cypress.

CAMARILLO 60, SERVITE 48: The Friars dropped their final game of the tournament Monday.

CREAN LUTHERAN 70, NORTHEAST 63: The Saints (5-8) notched a win in the Gold Division at the Damien Classic, led by Hunter Caplan, who had 19 points. Jacob Majok scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds, Nez Reynolds had 14 points and four rebounds and Caden Jones 13 points and five assists for Crean Lutheran.

SANTA MARGARITA 78, CORONA CENTENNIAL 75: The Eagles finished The Classic at Damien going 3-1 to capture the Platinum Division title. Brayden Kyman had 25 points, eight rebounds and three steals to lead the Eagles. Drew Anderson had 19 points and eight rebounds, Kaiden Bailey 17 points and Dallas Washington 13 points, nine rebounds and four blocks to lead the Eagles.

LA HABRA 64, FAIRMONT PREP 49: The Highlanders (15-4) won their final game in the tournament Monday. Jaedon Anderson had 24 points and four steals and Acen Jimenez 10 points and six assists to lead the Highlanders.

YGNACIO VALLEY 65, FOOTHILL 60: Danny Kennard had 18 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks, Lorenzo Turner 17 points, Kai Nixon 15 points, five assists and three steals and Braeden Davidson eight points and four rebounds to lead Foothill (12-5).

PACIFICA CHRISTIAN 78, SAN JUAN HILLS 59: Logan Stewart scored 20 points, grabbed seven rebounds and had four assists to lead the Tritons. Hudson Reynolds had 13 points, five rebounds and four assists, Owen Connell had 13 points and five rebounds, EJ Spillman, Solomon Huang and Joaquin Rigdon each had nine points to lead Pacifica Christian.

PARISH EPISCOPAL 90, LOS ALAMITOS 83: The Griffins wrapped up the Classic at Damien Monday.

OXFORD ACADEMY TOURNAMENT

EL RANCHO 48, SEGERSTROM 43: El Rancho won the championship game Monday.

GODINEZ 75, MAGNOLIA 30: The Grizzlies wrapped up the Oxford Academy Tournament with a win Monday. Jaiden Torres scored 14 points, Damien Braun and Marcus Poserio each had 12 points and Rafael Huizar scored 11 points to lead the Grizzles.
