Jacob Nash of Woodbridge, a talented receiver and defensive back, has been named the overall MVP of the first OC Sports Zone All-Irvine Football Team.
Irvine quarterback Marc Filia was selected as the offensive MVP and Woodbridge defensive end Colin Turner was named defensive MVP.
The team was selected after nominations by the six coaches in the Pacific Coast League and from the coach at Crean Lutheran, which is in the Empire League. Most of the players received first team all-league honors.
