Basketball fans in Southern California had plenty of options Saturday with CIF Southern Section finals held at Honda Center, Edison High School, Mira Costa and Colony High School.
The finals returned for the highest divisions to Honda Center for the first time since 2017. Fans were allowed to sit in the lower tier of the arena. Total attendance for the four games was 12,501, according to Thom Simmons, assistant CIF commissioner.
A capacity crowd was also on hand for the 2AA boys final between Tesoro and Orange Lutheran at Edison High School.
