Orange County girls basketball teams earn high rankings in this week’s CIF polls

JSerra (3A) and Savanna (5AA) earned No. 1 rankings in their divisions in this week’s CIF polls released on Monday.

Mater Dei, Orangewood Academy and Sage Hill are OC teams listed in the open division.

Sage Hill, Mater Dei and Orangewood Academy are also listed in the Division 1 top 10. Fairmont Prep is fourth, Buena Park is fifth and San Clemente 10th in 2AA, Los Alamitos is seventh and Pacifica Christian eighth in 2A.

Anaheim is second in 3AA, St. Margaret’s is second, Villa Park fourth, Dana Hills fifth and Segerstrom 10th in 3A, Canyon is second and Pacifica third in 4AA and Katella is sixth and Loara seventh in 5AA.
