Opening round pairings for the 2022 Jim Harris Memorial Varsity Boys Basketball Tournament at Ocean View High School have been announced.
“We have lots of OC teams in it,” said Seahawks Coach Steve Harris.
The 16-team tournament begins on Monday, Nov. 14 and runs through Saturday Nov. 19.

Tesoro vs. Valencia, Monday, Nov. 14, 6 p.m.
Long Beach Millikan vs. Laguna Beach, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 6 p.m.
Sonora vs. San Clemente, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 9 p.m.
Portola vs. Villa Park, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 7:30 p.m.
Mira Costa vs. University, Monday, Nov. 14, 9 p.m.
La Habra vs. Los Alamitos, Monday, Nov. 14, 4:30 p.m.
Brea Olinda vs. Trabuco Hills, Monday, Nov. 14, 7:30 p.m.
Dominguez vs. Ocean View, Monday, Nov. 14, 3 p.m.
Teams who win their openers will continue to the championship bracket. Teams who lose go the consolation bracket.
The championship game will be Saturday, Nov. 19, at 7:30 p.m.
The tournament is named in honor of Jim Harris, who was head coach at Ocean View for 33 years. He died in 2011.
