The holidays are almost here and there are also lots of boys basketball tournaments and special events going on.
On Friday and Saturday, the Lodinez Tournament, which has been hosted by Godinez and Loara, wraps up at Loara.
Schedule for Friday, Dec. 20 at Loara:
3 p.m.: Loara vs. Ocean View
4:30 p.m., Pacifica vs. Anaheim
6 p.m., Irvine vs. Godinez
7:30 p.m., Santiago vs. Valencia
There are also four games on Saturday, Dec. 21 starting at 1 p.m. and wrapping up with the championship game at 5:30 p.m.
In addition, the North-South Challenge begins on Friday, Dec. 20 at Tesoro High with three games and then continues on Saturday, Dec. 21 with five more games.
