Crean Lutheran High School’s boys basketball team won its fifth Crestview League game in a row Tuesday night, defeating Foothill 49-48 at Crean Lutheran.

The league leading Saints (13-11, 5-1) were led by Jacob Majok, who had 20 points, 15 rebounds and six blocks. Hunter Caplan had 10 points and Caden Jones nine points and four assists.
With two league games left, Friday at Cypress and Tuesday at Canyon, the Saints have earned a berth in the CIF playoffs since they are guaranteed of having at least a .500 record.
The Saints are closing in on a league title. Canyon is in second place with a 4-2 record and Cypress in third at 3-3.
Braeden Davidson scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Foothill (14-12, 1-5). Danny Kennard had 14 points and 10 rebounds, Lorenzo Turner 11 points and five rebounds and Kai Nixon six assists and five rebounds.
