Coach Jake Haney’s Crean Lutheran team No. 1 in Division 4.
Crean Lutheran High School’s baseball team, coached by Jake Haney, is the only Orange County team ranked No. 1 in its division in this week’s CIF polls.
The Saints (14-3) are the top-ranked team in Division 4.
Santa Margarita, Villa Park, Huntington Beach, JSerra, Cypress, Pacifica and Orange Lutheran are all ranked in the top 10 in Division 1.
Mater Dei is third in Division 2. Gahr, which is competing this week in the Ryan Lemmon Invitational, is ranked No. 1 in Division 2. Pacific Coast League leader Woodbridge moved into the No. 9 spot in Division 2.
San Clemente is fourth in Division 3, La Habra is third, Northwood fourth and Canyon ninth in Division 4, Orange Coast League leader Estancia is second, Century fourth, Savanna sixth and Calvary Chapel ninth in Division 5 and Garden Grove third, Westminster fourth and Costa Mesa fifth in Division 6.
