Boys basketball

NON-LEAGUE

University 92, Tarbut V’ Torah 68: University (2-8) notched a road win Thursday. The Trojans were led by Shervin Moarrefian, who had 37 points and made eight 3-pointers. Isaac Evans had 22 points with four 3-pointers and 10 assists. He also had seven rebounds and six steals.

Andrew Bogard had 18 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for the Trojans. Yonah Light led TVT (4-2) with 25 points. Graydon Carpet had 13 points, Ari Varon 11 points and Isaac Joelson 10 points for the Lions.

La Habra 58, La Serna 45: The Highlanders (8-3) were led by Acen Jimenez, who had 17 points and Jaedon Anderson, who had 16 points.

BEACH BASH TOURNAMENT

Foothill 62, Northwood 47: The Knights (5-3) were led by Danny Kennard, who had 17 points and 10 rebounds; Lorenzo Turner, who had 11 points; Mansur McClain, who had 10 points and five rebounds; and Isaiah Bernard, who had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Northwood (7-2) was led by Ryan Abaye, who had 17 points and three steals and Zaid Yunis, who had 15 points, five rebounds and three steals.

Girls basketball

NON-LEAGUE

Canyon 41, Los Amigos 27: The Comanches were led by Mariah Streeter, who had 11 points.

MARINER MAYHEM TOURNEY

Dana Hills 50, Godinez 29: Kayla Rice had 15 points and 10 rebounds, Lola Bellon had 12 points and Madison Dellner had 10 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Dolphins (7-1).

LADY KNIGHTS WINTER CLASSIC

JSerra 55, Arroyo 17: The Lions were led by Ryleigh Fitzsimmons, who had 13 points.
