Rains that hit Orange County Monday night caused a slight change in Tuesday’s Pacific Coast League baseball schedule.

The Woodbridge vs. University game has been moved to University at 3:30 p.m. because Ryan Lemmon Stadium, the home of the Warriors, was shut down because of the rain as of Tuesday morning.

So Woodbridge Coach Ryan Brucker and University Coach Michael Thompson agreed to move the game to University to avoid another rainout which would affect the other games, Brucker said.

The PCL rule states that if one game is postponed all games are. (Please click here to read more about the rule)

The other two games: Portola at Irvine and Northwood at Beckman, are on for 3:30 p.m. as scheduled.

Beckman goes into Tuesday’s game in first place in the PCL and the Patriots are coming off a 5-0 victory over Woodbridge Monday. (please click here to read more about the game)

Irvine is tied for second place with Northwood after defeating University 13-4 on Monday (please click here to read more about the game)
