Concordia forward Connor Gordon collected one more hat trick Monday after playing in his final game as an Eagle over the weekend.

The Huntington Beach native was named PacWest Conference Player of the Week for the third time this season after two impressive performances during Concordia’s wins over Dominican and Holy Names.

Gordon scored twice in Saturday’s 4-2 victory over the Hawks to tie Jeff Clark’s school record of 50 career goals.  Gordon also tallied three goals in CUI’s 5-2 result over Dominican this past Thursday.

Gordon ended the year with a conference-best 18 goals along with six assists, averaging a goal per game during his senior campaign.  He also finished fourth in program history with 21 career assists.

Concordia closed out the regular season with three straight wins and a 5-0-1 mark in its final six matches to secure third place in the PacWest standings.
