High school baseball coaches in Orange County are scrambling a bit trying to reschedule games that were rained out last week and looking ahead to this week with rain possible on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Coach Kevin McCaffrey’s Corona del Mar Sea Kings have a busy week with a make-up game on Monday at 3 p.m. at Laguna Beach. Then, CdM will face San Clemente Thursday at 6 p.m. at Angel Stadium. Admission and parking to the game at Angel Stadium is free. CdM will also have a league game Friday at Edison at 3:15 p.m.
Other games:
—Woodbridge will play at Sage Hill Monday in a Pacific Coast League game which is a make-up of one of the games of a doubleheader that was postponed in February, according to Warrior Coach Ryan Brucker. The teams will also play on Monday, March 20.
Woodbridge has PCL games scheduled with Irvine Wednesday and Thursday.
—Foothill and Tustin will play a non-league game Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Angel Stadium. Admission is free.
—Wednesday’s Trinity League series opener between Servite and Orange Lutheran has been moved up to Monday at Hart Park at 2:30 p.m.
—Fullerton’s non-league game at Pacifica has been moved up to Monday at 3:15 p.m. because of the expected rain Tuesday.
—Troy and Fullerton are scheduled to play Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at Angel Stadium.
