Northwood (Division 4) is ranked No. 1 in this week’s CIF baseball rankings released on Monday.
The Timberwolves, coached by Doug Euper, won two Pacific Coast League games over Beckman last week to take the season series. Northwood is 6-2 overall and has won five games in a row.
Villa Park is second, JSerra third and Santa Margarita fourth in Division 1. Beckman is ranked eighth in Division 3, Canyon is third, Laguna Beach fourth, Crean Lutheran fifth and La Habra seventh in Division 4.
Costa Mesa is second, Garden Grove fourth and University sixth in Division 6.
In Divison 5, Estancia is first and Calvary Chapel fourth.
