Villa Park gets past Sonora 4-0 and Pacifica defeats San Clemente 8-3

VILLA PARK 4, SONORA 0: Isaac Ontiveros improved his record to 3-0 with the shutout for the Spartans. He alllowed one hit and struck out 11. Gavin Grahovac was 2 for 4 with two RBI, Zach Brown was 2 for 2 and Benny Vogel was 2 for 3 with an RBI for Villa Park (7-2).

PACIFICA 8, SAN CLEMENTE 3: The Mariners captured a victory in the first game of the Loara Tournament. Andrew Stanley threw a complete game to get the victory and Tyler Tran had the go-ahead two run single for Pacifica (3-5).
