Villa Park, Fullerton, Estancia, Foothill, Tesoro, Newport and Woodbridge win

VILLA PARK 5, YORBA LINDA 0: The Spartans (8-1) were led by Zach Brown, who pitched a complete game shutout on Wednesday. Brown (2-0) allowed three hits and struck out 11. Britton Beeson was 2 for 4 with a run scored, Gavin Grahovac was 1 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI, Josh Santangelo was 1 for 2 with a run scored and an RBI and Gavin Rossi was 2 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI.

FULLERTON 5, BUENA PARK 0: The Tribe (7-2, 3-0) was led by Sebastian Fany, who pitched a complete game shutout Wednesday. He is 5-0 with a 0.45 ERA this season. Nate Norman was 1 for 2 with a home run and two RBI and Andrew Violet was 2 for 3 with a home run and three RBI.

ESTANCIA 9, PIONEER 2: Estancia wrapped up non-league play with an 11-0 record. Trevor Scott (4-0) pitched a complete game to get the victory, allowing two earned runs and six hits while striking out 10.

Andrew Coyotzi was 2 for 3 with a run scored, two RBI and a triple, Miles Moyer was 1 for 4 with a run scored, two RBI and a double, Cole Lefebvre was 1 for 1 with an RBI and a double, John Uchytil was 1 for 1 with a run scored, stolen base and a double and Jack Moyer was 2 for 3 with two runs scored, two RBI and a double to led the offense.

The Eagles open Orange Coast League play Friday playing Calvary Chapel at 3 p.m. at Vanguard University.

FOOTHILL 3, BREA OLINDA 2: Foothill (7-3) captured its fourth victory in a row. Andrew Parker and Cameron Kessel starred on the mound for the Knights. Parker pitched five innings allowing no earned runs and striking out four and Kesssel pitched two innings allowing no runs or hits and striking out one.

Austin Overn was 1 for 4 with a run scored and a stolen base, Aiden Taurek was 1 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI, Brett Castillo was 1 for 3 with an RBI and Brady Schrank was 1 for 3 with a run scored.

TESORO 5, ALISO NIGUEL 0: Tesoro (7-0) banged out 12 hits in the win Wednesday. Kyle Volpe pitched six innings, allowing two hits and struck out seven. Jackson Pepper was 3 for 3 with three RBI, Owen Faust was 3 for 4 with an RBI and two runs scored and Jackson Freeman was 2 for 4 with a double and two RBI.

NEWPORT HARBOR 2, REDONDO UNION 1: The Sailors (6-2) won a nonleague game Tuesday. Sam DiCarlo had a seventh inning RBI double and A.J. Guitron-Morre had an RBI sacrifice fly. Joey Wright pitched three innings striking out four and Trent Liolios pitched four innings, striking out six. Jackson Gilles was 2 for 3 with a double and DiCarlo was 2 for 3 with a double and an RBI.

WOODBRIDGE 12, NORTHWOO0: The Warriors (6-3, 3-0) remained undefeated in the Pacific Coast League. Jake Amundson pitched the first five innings, striking out 10. Justin Durby and Matt Kuromoto each pitched an inning. Kuromoto had three hits and four RBI, Sean McCance had three hits and two RBI and Kyler Colliver had two hits and two RBI.
