La Habra (3AA) and San Clemente (3A) remain No. 1 in their divisions in this week’s CIF boys basketball rankings.
A number of other teams ranked high in their divisions.
In the open division, JSerra and Mater Dei are the only Orange County teams listed.
In Division 1, Mater Dei is fifth and JSerra eighth. JSerra (22-4) captured the first victory over Mater Dei in program history and had three wins last week, including a 67-58 Trinity League victory over Orange Lutheran and a 54-48 win over St. Augustine at the Nike Extravaganza at Mater Dei.
In Division 2AA, Trabuco Hills is fifth, Dana Hills ninth and Fountain Valley 10th. Cypress is third, Newport Harbor fourth, Corona del Mar fifth and Marina eighth in Division 2A, Northwood is second and Woodbridge fifth in 3A, Irvine is fourth, Estancia eighth and Pacifica 10th in 4A, Godinez is third and Westminster seventh and Valencia ninth in 5AA and Los Amigos is fifth and Rancho Alamitos eighth in 5A.
CIF playoff pairings will be announced on Sunday, Feb. 4 at noon.
