It was quite a night for Tustin’s football team. The Tillers led from the start and defeated Pacifica 45-7 in an Empire League game at Tustin Thursday night.
Tustin is 3-5 overall and 2-1 in the league. Pacifica 4-4 and 2-1.
Tustin jumped out to a commanding 35-0 lead over Pacifica at halftime in an Empire League game at Tustin.
Big game for the Tillers Nick Mierez who has two TD runs of 3 yards. He also has an interception which set up a score.
Girard Bell also has two TD runs for Tustin.
Chris Medina also hauled in a 4-yard TD pass from quarterback Mateo Vasquez.
Pacifica has four turnovers and is without starting quarterback Sean Blake, who is out indefinitely with a knee injury.
