Segerstrom High School’s baseball team wrapped up the Ryan Lemmon Invitational Wednesday with a 10-5 victory over Northwood on a warm afternoon at the Great Park field eight.
Coach Erasmo Ramirez’s squad (12-10 overall) went 3-1 in the 30-team tournament.
Zander Bretza, Derek Higareda and Bruno Banuelos had two hits each for Segerstrom. Sophomore Adrian Leon had a pinch-hit double for the Jaguars.
Cristian Galaviz, Adrian Villegas and Kenny Cabada each had scoreless innings on the mound for Segerstrom. Cabada pitched a scoreless seventh.
Northwood (9-12 overall) wrapped up the tournament with a 2-2 record.
Bobby Bangs went 1 for 1 with two RBI, Cal Euper was 1 for 1 with a walk, Carter Liu went 1 for 1, Joey Harper went 1 for 2 with a triple and Adam Harper was 1 for 4 with a triple.
