Crean Lutheran 63, Cathedral Catholic 60: The second-seeded Saints rallied from a six-point halftime deficit to win at Crean Lutheran. Foothill 67, Francis Parker 59: The top-seeded Knights were led by Cruz Billings, who had 15 points. Jake Horton had 13 points, Braedyn Benhard had 10 points, Mikey Mazurie nine points and four rebounds, Carlo Billings seven points and 12 rebounds and Tyler Ammann six points and seven rebounds.
Birmingham 65, San Juan Hills 56: San Juan Hills, which won the CIF 2A title last week, the first in school history, was eliminated from the regional Tuesday. Mark Reichner had 23 points and John McFadden scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for San Juan Hills (27-5).
Edison 64, Mission Bay 63: The Chargers were led by Tyler Hampton, who had 19 points and Trey Wilborn, who had 18 points.

Mt. Carmel 66, Dana Hills 52: Dana Hills was led by Ryan Ralph, who had 18 poinjts and Griffin Haugh, who had 11 points. Mt. Carmel was led by Gianni Bernade with 16 points and Alex Tran with 12 points.
