It doesn’t usually rain in Southern California on a Friday night in September.
Friday night was the exception.
All the games were played in Orange County. One game between University and Century was called at halftime due to weather.
Steady rain fell Friday night, causing tough playing conditions for many games. Fans still showed up in big numbers to support their teams.
So did the bands, cheerleaders and spirit teams! El Modena and Beckman football teams celebrated homecoming night with victories.
