Caamano. “Daylin played wide receiver for the Saints for the last two years. When I think of Daylin I think of this tall wide receiver with excellent hands who has this sneaky breakaway speed, and one who is committed to reaching his peak as a wide receiver.

“To me the sky is the limit for Daylin and I look forward to the plans God has for them in the future. During his time here at Crean Lutheran, the 6-3 175-pounder hauled in 54 passes for 650 yards and eight touchdowns in helping lead the Saints’ offensive attack. Daylin, who is listed as three-star recruit by 24/7 Sports claimed offers from Washington State, San Diego State and Portland State before solidifying his decision to join the University of Nevada, Wolfpack.

Jones: “Carter burst onto the scene during his sophomore season in leading the Saints from his middle linebacker and tight end positions as the Saints compiled a 10-2 record and advanced to the CIF playoffs for the first time in seven years and on to the quarterfinals after upsetting Aliso Niguel, 35-34.

“Carter also led the Saints to the quarterfinals in his junior and senior year, with big wins over Hart and this year with another big upset over Millikan.

“When I think of Carter, I think of this linebacker that roams from sideline to sideline making sure the opponent doesn’t reach the secondary level while making bone crushing tackles, despite playing through all sorts of injuries.

“The 6-1, 220-pounder holds school records in single game tackles (22), single season tackles (152), and in career tackles with 375. Carter was the All-CIF Division 6 Defensive Player of the Year last season and All-League for all three years while on the varsity team.

After receiving multiple offers from across the country, Carter Jones will be signing the first Power conference scholarship in school history to the University of Arizona, home of the Wildcats.”

Parker: “The 6-0, 300 pounder has been a force in the middle for the Saints for the last two years from his defensive line position. Tyler has amassed 124 tackles, nine tackles for a loss, 5 ½ sacks, 23 quarterback hurries, and two fumble recoveries during his time here at Crean Lutheran.

“When I think of Tyler I think of a player that was relentless in his efforts, one that was all over the field chasing down quarterbacks and running backs. You could always count on Tyler as his motor was always running inside the white lines. Tyler was named to the All-CIF team in his junior year and has been a first team all-league performer in the Empire and Epsilon Leagues. Tyler was instrumental (along with his teammates) in advancing to the CIF quarterfinal playoffs again this year. His relentless play stood out in our exciting CIF playoff win over favored Millikan and again in our heartbreaking loss in overtime to Loyola in the quarterfinals.” Â
