Nick Salmon had a home run and Brady Gadol and Will Chiechi had big RBI for CdM (16-9, 7-3). CdM has won four in a row.
SERVITE 4, JSERRA 1: The Friars were led by Toby Kwon, who allowing one run and struck out seven in five innings. Isaiah Camacho earned the save, allowing no runs and striking out four. James Clark had two RBI and Tomas Cernius one for Servite.
SANTA MARGARITA 4, MATER DEI 0: The Eagles captured the opening game of the Trinity League series Monday. Cade Townsend pitched a complete game, striking out 10. Brody Schumaker was 2 for 4 with an RBI and Carter Enoch 1 for 2 with an RBI.
COSTA MESA 2, ST. MARGARET’S 0: Costa Mesa (20-6, 10-1) was led by winning pitcher Will Clark (8-1). Clark threw a complete game shutout, allowing two hits and striking out eight in an Orange Coast League game. Brennan Borg was 2 for 3 with a stolen base.
ESTANCIA 6, WOODBRIDGE 2: The Eagles (22-4) won a non-league game Monday at Ryan Lemmon Stadium. Andrew Mits (10-0) pitched a complete game, allowing two earned runs and five hits. He struck out six.
Bennett Molica was 1 for 4 with a run scored, two RBI and a double; Cole Lefebvre was 1 for 4 with two RBI and a triple; Jake Humphries was 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI, Riley Witte was 2 for 4 with a run scored and Miles Dodge was 1 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI.
Anthony DeMarco and Jake Haruki each had an RBI for Woodbridge (14-11).
VILLA PARK 4, EL DORADO 0: Justin Tims stood out on the mound for Villa Park. He pitched a complete game shutout, striking out seven and allowing four hits. Nate Lewis was 2 for 3 with two runs scored, Zach Mattern was 1 for 3 with two RBI and Shawn Romero was 2 for 3 with two RBI.
KENNEDY 7, ARTESIA 0: The Fighting Irish (12-13-1) were led by Anthony Hernandez who pitched a complete game, striking out 15. Tyler Onofre and Kassiah Velasquez were each 2 for 3.
