JSerra High School’s boys soccer team, the Trinity League champion, is seeded No. 1 in the CIF Division 1 playoffs that begin next week. Sunny Hills, the Freeway League champion, is seeded second.
In Division 2, Anaheim is seeded third and San Clemente seeded fourth. Canyon is seeded fourth in Division 3.
Santa Ana, the Orange Coast League champion, is seeded second in Division 4 behind top-seeded Harvard Westlake.
CIF officials said that 244 boys soccer teams were paired into seven tournament brackets, with competition scheduled to get under way with wild card matches on Tuesday, Feb. 7. First round matches will be Thursday, Feb. 9.
The finals will be held at Long Beach City College and host sites on Saturday, Feb. 25.
