Northwood High School girls water polo standout Kaitlyn Kong, a four-year varsity starter for the Timberwolves, committed this week to attend Claremont McKenna College next year to continue her athletic career.

“She helped lead the Northwood girls team to their first league championship ever in the 2019-2020 season,” said Northwood Coach Kyle Kim-E.

This past season, she led the Timberwolves with 75 goals and also had 27 assists and 50 steals, earning first team All-Pacific Coast League honors.
