Former long-time Aliso Niguel head football coach Kurt Westling has joined head coach Rick Curtis as an assistant coach at Crean Lutheran.
Westling was the Wolverines head coach for the past 10 years before retiring from the school.
“Kurt is an offensive genius, and brings with him a tremendous amount of experience in coaching offense, quarterbacks, and special teams,” Curtis said Wednesday.
“Kurt will assist new Crean Lutheran High School offensive coordinator, Russ Oka, along with assisting me with the special teams on our staff.”
Westling has also been hired as a math teacher at Crean Lutheran, Curtis said.
