Crean Lutheran gets past University 62-34; Aliso Niguel tops Woodbridge 53-42

Crean Lutheran’s girls basketball team defeated University 62-34 Tuesday night in a non-league game at home.

Taylor Feldman led the Saints with 23 points, five assists and seven steals, according to Coach Bianca Ziemann.

Shannon O’Malley had 18 points and six 3-point field goals and eight rebounds.

Hailee Daniel added 10 points and 10 rebounds for Crean Lutheran (9-1).
Aryn Press scored 27 points to lead University (4-6).

Crean Lutheran hosts Santa Fe, the team it lost to in the semifinals of the CIF playoffs last year, Friday at 5 p.m.

Aliso Niguel 53, Woodbridge 42: Karina Cabrera led Aliso Niguel with 21 points. Sara Eyre had 14 points for the Wolverines. Erika Maggard scored 24 points to lead Woodbridge.
