Cal State Fullerton’s Goodwin Field seemed to be a big hit for the CIF baseball finals last weekend.
The facility, the home of the Titans, was once again the site for the finals in seven divisions.
Total attendance for the seven games was 8,010, according to Thom Simmons, assistant commissioner of the CIF Southern Section.
A decision on a site for next year’s finals will be held later.
“We are extremely happy with CSUF and their facilities leadership and would be happy to return,” Simmons said. “However, as in all sports, we will evaluate during the summer and determine our baseball championships after that based on availability.”
